My mission is to create a space where photography meets psychology to support personal development, improve mental health and strengthen a sense of agency. In my work, I use tools that help participants discover their emotions, needs, develop mindfulness skills and build better relationships with themselves and others.

I help individuals discover new ways to address challenges and enhance the quality of their lives. Many of our difficulties stem not from the events themselves, but from the meanings we assign to them and the emotions we attach. The individual therapy I offer is designed for those who want to understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interconnect and affect their daily lives.
