Hello,

My name is Dagmara Minkiewicz. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of Exeter. I have extensive experience working with adults in both Polish and English. Recently, I've been providing personalised and effective online therapy services, enabling me to support clients regardless of their location.

My mission is to help individuals overcome fear and find their inner courage to start thinking differently about themselves and their challenges.

My Approach

As your therapist, my goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need throughout your therapeutic journey. We will identify the best therapeutic approach to address your specific needs. You will be encouraged to build on the skills you acquire in therapy to achieve your personal goals.

My approach is grounded in years of professional experience, education, and personal growth. It is designed for individuals motivated to make positive changes in their lives.

As a practising therapist, I understand that communication can sometimes be challenging. To aid this process, I incorporate the use of PhotoTherapy techniques to help you construct a visual narrative of your personal journey, emotions, beliefs, and growth. This method can provide clarity, help identify patterns and explore underlying themes influencing your thoughts and behaviours.

Creating a Safe Space

It is extremely important to me that I build a strong, comfortable, and safe environment for all my clients. We will work at a pace that suits you, ensuring that you feel supported throughout the process.

I am insured and registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS).

Personal Interests

In my free time, I love spending time in the mountains, where I find rest and rejuvenate my strength. Maintaining a healthy balance between mind, body, and soul is a vital part of my wellbeing.
